One of the really cool features about Boracay Island is that it has over thirteen (13) beautiful white sand beaches that surround it, it's this special feature along with it's 2.5 mile long white beach that have helped this small Visayas island become the most popular tourist destination in the Philippines. Boracay White Beach

This is the main beach that the majority of all tourist coming to Boracay will visit, the main reason is due to the unique texture of the sand, it's powder soft, and just feels incredible on your bare feet as you walk. The sand found along the western shore of Boracay is created from organisms that eat the dead coral then leave behind this very fine deposit, which becomes the sand that has made this island so famous.

Bulabog Beach

Located at the very heart of Boracay Island on it's east side, this beach is most favored by both kite-boarding and wind-surfing enthusiast. The winds the make Bulabog Beach the second most favorite beach destination on the island come from the northeast, creating the perfect environment needed for the sails of the kite board and wind surfers.

Puka Shell Beach

Now this lovely beach is the best that Boracay has to offer, located on the very northern tip of the island, and completely undeveloped. If you seeking to spend some time on a nice quite beach, then choose to vacation on Puka Shell Beach. Once you arrive on the island just ask the concierge at the Boracay hotel where you are staying to assist you in getting there, it's about a 15 minute ride from boat station 2 located at the center of Boracay Island.
